We hear a lot of talk about “mobile first” and best practices in responsive design. While it’s great we have these ideal ways to code, reality is often a different story. I’m a developer, not a designer, so when I get sites to code, I get them after they’re already designed, and it’s up to me to make them responsive and figure out how they should look and work from the largest to smallest sizes.
