BBC Weather App: designing for device orientation
This is an example of having to test your websites or responsive apps across many many devices. It’s interesting to see the detail at which the BBC has gone to achieve this in just one (albeit a very popular) section of their site.
We currently support 438 different screen resolutions on over 1000 Android devices. The key challenge here was to produce a design that scales, rather than bespoke solutions for both iPhone and iPad.
