SequenceJS

Sequence.js is a refreshing and modern take on website sliders. Using just HTML and CSS, Sequence allows you to create your own responsive slider with unique transitional styles. No instance of Sequence need ever be the same. 

There are no limitations and no in-built themes. Supported in modern desktop browsers, mobile browsers and even in old versions of Internet Explorer via a traditional fallback theme.

Check out the free themes that are available, or if you’re looking for something a little more heavy weight then they’ve got a paid section as well.

I would advise just building your own theme if there’s nothing free to help you, the documentation supplied is top class.

    If there's one thing that can compete with lightboxes for world's most done-to-death jQuery plugin, it's carousels. However, everything I came across was using pixel values and not percentages meaning I wasn't finding much of anything that could be used on a responsive/flexible layout. So I built one.

    jQuery Picture is a tiny (2kb) plugin to add support for responsive images to your layouts. It supports both figure elements with some custom data attributes and the new proposed picture format. This plugin will be made redundant when the format is approved and implemented by browsers. Lets hope that happens soon but in the meantime this plugin will be kept up to date with latest developments.
