A New Grid by ZURB
Foundation is putting away it’s previous approach to Grids and re-approaching the grid through the use of Flexbox. This will mean we need to rethink how our page is put together by moving from rows and columns, to focussing more upon chuncks of content that could appear anywhere on the page. It does mean limiting support to Flexbox browsers, but it’s a positive move in my opinion.
Foundation 5 is now “Foundation for Sites.” Ink is becoming “Foundation for Emails.” And Foundation for Apps will be the newest of our family. We’re working on a ton of new features — all from the ground up and using Angular JS, some amazing Motion UI and a swank, new grid.
